Our Leadership

Tet has been with Sompo for 30 years and held numerous leadership roles during his tenure. He served as the General Manager of Global Strategy and through his initiatives, helped grow Sompo into a Top 10 Global P&C company. Tet is a visionary who helped identify the caregiving resource gap in the US and developed the execution plan for Sompo Horizon. Tet holds an MBA and MS in Finance from the University of Maryland, an MS in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University.

Chuck served as VP and CIO for Sompo America, where he led the transformation and implementation of several strategic initiatives. He has broad experience as a technology and operations leader across many public and private companies and been instrumental in leading the new business launch of Horizon’s healthy aging platform. Throughout his career, Chuck has been recognized for his leadership and expertise in both business operations and technology innovation. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from Marist College and completed business studies at SMU.

Priyank has expertise in strategy, investment and operations for healthcare technology, healthy aging, and insurtech industries. He oversees sourcing, evaluation, acquisitions, and joint ventures across several projects and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Sompo, he was the founder and Principal of a middle-market private equity fund. Priyank is a CFA Charter holder and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Stacey is an accomplished registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings. A graduate of George Washington University, Stacey’s focus centers upon driving positive change within the healthcare industry. She is committed to empowering caregivers and their loved ones with resources, tools, and educational materials to help them live a healthy, prosperous, and happy life. Stacey’s personal experience as a direct caregiver contributes to her deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that family caregivers often face.
